Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Low-Speed Vehicle / Golf Cart Technicians to support the assembly, repair, customization, and maintenance of LSVs and golf carts. Entry-level candidates will receive hands-on training, while journeyman technicians will bring their experience to lead more complex projects and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, maintain, and repair low-speed vehicles (LSVs) and golf carts, including electrical, mechanical, and bodywork components.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and battery-related issues.

Perform battery testing, charging, and replacement as needed.

Install custom features, accessories, and upgrades to carts based on customer requests.

Conduct regular maintenance checks, inspections, and quality control assessments.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times.
Qualifications (Entry-Level):

Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Ability to use basic hand tools and follow instructions.

Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Passion for learning new skills and growing in the role.

A valid driver’s license is required, as operating LSV carts is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications (Journeyman/Experienced Technician):

2+ years of experience as an LSV, golf cart, automotive, or small engine technician.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical repairs, and troubleshooting techniques.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

Skilled in the use of diagnostic equipment and power tools.

Ability to mentor and train entry-level technicians.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

A valid driver’s license is required, as operating LSV carts is an essential part of the role.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, and mechanical equipment.
